You can withdraw your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. The 14 days start when the package is delivered, not when you place the order.
Use Withdraw your order. You will get a receipt by email. This is not an automatic refund. We handle the refund after we receive your notice.
Handle the goods as you would in a shop. You may inspect them, but they should be unused and in the original packaging. If they have been used beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value from the refund.
After you submit the form, we email you where to send the goods. You pay the return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one. The original shipping cost is refunded with the order.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, after we have received the goods or you have shown they were sent back.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email contact@sbrcomponents.com with your order number and photos. That is separate from the 14-day withdrawal.
